she's only ashamed she has been exposed for how she truly is to her employees.

Describing her remarks as "tone deaf" is an understatement.
Did she not expect that people would bring up the fact that she got her 3.9 million bonus.

Employees need to demand her resignation. Otherwise strike and tank the whole company.

Another reason not to buy their overpriced products.

In other words "Karen"Knoll said: "Spend your time and effort thinking about how to make me rich, and not thinking about what are you going to do if you can't pay your bills." 🤨

The way she said, "have a great day" was so obviously insincere that it made my skin crawl. I feel so bad for the people forced to work under her. I'd bet money this isn't the first time she's gone on a tirade like this.

Remember, folks: there is a much higher proportion of psychopaths in the C suite than in the general population.

I will never understand these delusional, entitled employers that think their workers are obligated to put in anymore effort than they are properly compensated for. Careers are to make a living, it's not charity work.

I had a boss like this. And then when you get it done they say things like “but how can we do it better?”.

Treat your employees well and pay them well and they will be working hard and not be thinking about pay/bonuses on work hours.

Every employee should walk out on strike. Watch her spend her bonus trying to keep her business from dying.

We need to pass laws on how much a CEO can make compared to Employees. The average CEO makes 280x nore than the average Employee

The way of the world. The ones at the top give themselves huge bonuses and tell the workers to work harder and don’t complain

The first thing this poor woman needs is a spokesperson with more empathy than a Komodo dragon which apparently encompasses this creatures entire emotional range.

I work in the furniture industry. They're all use the same materials from the same vendor, you're just paying for the name. You're better off buying the "cheap" brand and save thousands.

How about we cut your bonus by 4mil? That'll take us 15% of the way to your 26 mil target.

That’s how you create a company of “quiet-quitters”

I work at a company that’s part of Millernoll and all I can say is she should be ashamed of herself I’m not working their to meet their corporate demands or to achieve a quota to help line her pockets I work their to make a living and for her to say what she said makes me ashamed to even call her my CEO….. also at my work place they are making us keep our mouths shut as if this never happened…. good luck telling literally millions who have watched this that it never happened…. she knew she messed up because she immediately deleted it…. glad it got out 😂
