First thing I do to myself in the morning is to pray to God, say grateful for the new day ahead. It makes me feel happy and at peace.

Love this! I’ve been working on myself and practicing self-love and self-care. I now wake up earlier, workout at 5 a.m. and meditate. I love my morning routine and the mindful changes I make everyday!❤️🙏🏻
