Hard work doesn't pay off. Do this instead

I don't believe hard work pays off all the time. I know everyone says that through hard work you can achieve whatever you want. Or that success is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.

Yes, I get that you can't expect things to fall into your lap or be given a silver spoon all your life, but how often do you get everything you want despite all your efforts?

No, I am not lazy nor am I advocating laziness. But I know everyone can agree that there were times in their lives that no matter how hard they tried, they ended up failing.

In order to succeed, you have to change your mindset. It's not how hard you work, it's how differently you can think in order to get your desired results. If you get the same results no matter how hard you work, you're wasting your efforts.
