Those FABS have literally been a game changer, I saw a vid earlier with 1500 pound FAB hitting a fortified Ukrainan position, it destroyed the whole fortification, it literally caused a mushroom cloud

An infantry assault with limited mechanized and air support? Veteran here the fastest I could move on foot was like 12 miles in four hours with a full loadout. That was not while under fire.

Buffer zone does help in Air defence as you can reposition air defence systems closer to Ukraine as possible to detect targets even quicker
