Allium trifoliatum, the Pink Garlic, also called Hirsute Garlic, is a gorgeous little Allium native to the Mediterranean. It is a small but very elegant Allium, the delicate beauty of the flowers of the variety "Chamaleon", changing colour from white to pink, would look great in a garden in pastel shades. In this video I discuss the the cultivation details of this gorgeous plant, loved also by insect pollinators as all the Alliums I know, especially by bees and bumblebees, therefore a great addition to a pollinator friendly garden.
