My vision test was yesterday, and passed!! Now I have my new license that I will receive in the mail w/in 2 weeks. I used your exercises w/in a months time, only when I remembered to do so. However, it gave me the confidence I needed to pass, and I will continue to use these exercises to continue to improve my 65 year old vision. It appears that my right eye is the one with the problem. So thank you again for having this video posted 😄

he's right the muscles of the eyes are same as any other muscle. use it or lose it.

is easily solved by wearing yellow shooting glasses !!!!

Question: When you are looking side to side, up and down, are you just moving your eyes, or do you actually focus on something to the left and right, up and down etc. ?
