See there are two scenarios
1st scenario- here gyomei had became a demon when he was new as a hashira and lacked in battle experience. In this scenario gyomei would easily pass douma ( upper mon 2) but he he wauld not able to surpass kokushibo .

2nd scenario - here gyomei became a demon when he unlocked his demon slayer mark and was full of aggresion and batlle experience. Here there are chances that gyomei might able to surpass kokushibo in physique and blood demon art but still he wont be able to surpass kokushibo in battle experience and breathing controll as moon breathing is more stronger than the stone breathing.

He would be one scary Upper Moon. I'd see him as a VERY powerful Upper Moon 2. Kokushibo would still be Upper Moon 1 but by a very narrow margin as Gyomei is able to give him a run for his money.

I think Gyomei will be upper moon 2 because Michikatsu (Kokushibo as a human) was the second strongest demon slayer in history after Yoriichi. Even if Gyomei become a demon, his power won’t surpass the former second strongest demon slayer in history

Gyomei has the demon slayer mark, selfless state and transparent world just like which gives him a huge power boost.He is also the strongest demon slayer in his generation and uses stone breathing which is the 3rd strongest breathing style in demonslayer.He also has incredible strength and is the 4th most fastest hashira.As a demon all of those abilities would increase drastically.I also think that he would use Earth manipulation as said in the video and would be able to protect his neck by using earth made from his blood which makes it almost impossible to cut through which makes him able to defeat Kokoshibo with high difficulty
