I just found your Petrus tutorial. I'd like to congratulate you on being the first person to really explain it (at least as far as I am concerned). I didn't start cubing until May 2017 at the age of 50 and this tutorial really helped!

Thanks. I used the petrus to get the first two layers except two middle edge. Then finished the rest with fridrich. It was an odd approach but it knocked a minute off easy. Was way faster than the cross. The 2x2x2 literally puts itself together for you.

Thanks a ton pal your advice worked like magic the problem was I was doing cube rotation while inserting the last two f2l pairs I found out a way now I insert the back pair 1st without rotation and finally I insert the front right pair... Hence no cube rotation voila it just works petrus is awesome method I enjoyed it.... I am tempted to ask your details like name mail I'd and contact number but I know this is a public forum and I do not want that because of me you might get spammed anyways just want to know my teachers name....

Great video I understood most of it till the final two f2l pair... I am getting stuck in doing the pair insertion only using R and U moves can explain what algorithm you use for different cases of pair insertion.... Any ways best video tutorial on the petrus method... Good job

Honestly, I use a cross between petrus and cfop and I didn't realise it until now. Tomorrow I'm probably going to try it, because it seems a little faster.

Im confused at the orienting edges part. How do i kno if they are oriented?

Everyone But Me: Petrus Sucks and Because of Better fingertricks and algs in zz cfop and roux, you can get far faster times.
Me: Excuse Me! I just got my PB average of 18.35 and PB Single of 13.32 on petrus. When I was using Cfop, I had a PB average of ~19 and PB single of 17.59. Don't Even get me started with Roux. PB average of 34.00 and Single of 26.9. It is a much simpler F2L and you can do it in any order you want.
