The Kooks will always be my favorite. How is Mrs Magpie doing? I love the sounds the Mags make. Saw a really funny video the other day of a Magpie following a cat around. Every time the cat would turn around the bird would stop and look elsewhere like it wasn't really following.

I wonder if your Negative Reinforcement regime: *You Peck Me I Peck You* isn't an uphill battle against several hundred million years of the fluffy therapods' desire for a certain sort of closeness.

There are, by now, several thousand evidentiary remains of Therapod *Love Pecks* wherein such 'intimate behaviour' appears to have delivered in the fluffy ones' favour (y'know, more often than not). 🤔
