Being born and raised in the west in often find it fascinating eating habits of our eastern neighbors. My girlfriend is from Vietnam, as a result I've been eating Asian food that I would've never thought I'd enjoy. I never thought I'd enjoy seaweed as much as I do. Honestly, it made me realize how much healthier Asian food appears to be. Although I love big fat burgers and authentic Latin American food, I can't help but to also crave Asian foods I can't even pronounce properly.

Although I have questions about what parts he was cooking up, especially that grayish ball looking thing he fried, I think it’s awesome that you pay $100 and you get three separate delicacy dishes using all parts of the giant clam. Amazing and SO delicious looking! OMG I LOVE SEA FOOD! 🥰😁👏😃

This clam is so fresh and delicious. I live near at the beach and fishing is my family's livelihood eversince and eating fresh clam is one of my favorite.

In my country (Indonesia) it's already been protected by the government. I'm pretty sure it's the same kind of shellfish but here we call it "kima".
It's pretty cool seeing other countries cook them.i wonder what it tastes like..

I absolutely adore these videos and binge watch them when I get the chance. My only request would be for there to be "closed captioning, " but it would just be labeling all of the ingredients being used in each dish, because there are times I am like "What the heck IS that?"
