I don’t know what it is but it’s the way you show & explain what you’re doing makes me understand how to prepare a meal without making it overwhelming. I don’t enjoy cooking and coupled with depression & having to meal prep for my sick dad, I often look to see what ur making to plan our meals for the week.

Every time i make country style ribs. I do this method but one thing i add is i cut onions into thick slices and lay on top of all the ribs and it cooks into the rib releasing great flavor.
