Smoked Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs

This is one of my favorite things to make on the smoker, and they're easy to do.

What’s the rib you use? Whats the difference with a therma pen? How long on the smoker the 2nd time?

Great video! Mine came up to 155 to160° much faster than 4 hours though. My smoker was on the smoke setting and temp was between 185 and 200°.

I smoke ribs in half that time on 220°. They're still tender.
