Or you can marinade them first in olive oil with lemon, oregano and garlic and the fry them or better bake them in the oven.Greek style

This may be a stupid question, however I am no expert on fish, Do you eat this Whitebait fish as is, or do you need to gut and debone the fish prior to cooking?
