Wait for example at 4:13 who has the right of way. Like imagine I am the car that is turning left on a solid green so ignore that black car going straight on the other road and that small black car that is making the right turn. who has the right of way here me or the car making that right turn? Thanks.

Oh by the way, making a right on RED is not prohibited in every state.

I have a question; I have a lot of traffic in my city. If I'm making a right on red and have inched forward into the crosswalk to see oncoming traffic (parked cars make it hard sometimes) and I'm waiting for it to be clear, but then a pedestrian comes up and needs to cross but I can't back up because someone is behind me, what do I do? I've tried just waiting for the green light because that street was so busy and there were a lot of people out and about, but someone behind me got mad I didn't turn on red. Kind of a tricky one.

Quick question. On another video someone stated you make a full stop at the first limit line then pull up ahead the second limit line to make a turn. Is that right? And also they showed making a left turn that you pull your car up into the middle of the street to make the turn while waiting for the oncoming cars to the left they waited till there was none and turned. So it that allowed? To pull your car into the street?
