As a somewhat beginner driver(Have taken lessons on and off over the years, but this year really focusing on getting my license) I am trying to learn how to not be afraid of someone giving me the right of way or if I have the right of way I hesitate to go because I don't want someone turning from a side street to hit me, but I have to learn to keep going and let other people wait at the right time. Will have to watch more of your videos! Sometimes I worry when they come out of nowhere, but I know it will get better!

I failed my road test pretty badly and this is one of the things I genuinely didn’t know very well, most of the other things I did I knew but it was just how I handled the instructor being very rude and the nerves in general.

I was actually taught that at a 2-way stop, the person to come to a complete stop first proceeds (even if they're turning left and the car that arrived 2nd is going straight). However if the 2 cars come to a stop at the time, then all the rules apply - straight over turning, right over left, etc.

Yes, just today! I was on a main road and tried to stop for someone exiting a parking lot. This is only my 3rd time driving after getting my permit so I don't quite know the rights of way yet. Thank you for your videos!!

Yes! I'm a driver instructor and my bosses and my commissioner and I also drive school bus and that boss and that safety coordinator thinks that because the person turning left was there first they have right of way at a 2 way stop when the oncoming going straight or right
I know I'm right. But everyone wants to treat it like an all way stop.

Yes, One time I got confused with a driver that did a rolling stop in a 4 way stop specially when you both arrive at the same time.
