I've been using Adobe Premiere Pro CC, it took me a while to figure out how to do it but now that I have my presets ready it's easy.

Thanks for the reply! In the past I've tried Sony Vegas Pro 12 to blur objects, but I can never seem to get them blurred out enough to suit my needs . Perhaps I will try APP. Thanks again!
