Secret for all you looking for an E36 - Sedans are more rigid, and depending on where you live, 325TDS are available for like, 2000, M51 is an amazing Diesel that feels more like a gasoline engine than most actual gasoline engines. Bag them on 17s, keep it clean and happy, and you will love life.

Bought mine in 2016 for 1k and still have it. Dont buy them. Terrible cars. Get a brz instead. Also, its the rear trailing arms that make this car great to drive. Just dont buy them.
