Hi Ted! Ive been researching this topic for about 1 week now. I am VERY intersted in making my first investment. I live in Pennsylvania and have read up on the rules and process of tax deeds. I find your videos really informative and have learned so much. I was wondering if I could attend an auction before I actually bid to see how things work. Is that something I should do?

So you say sell quick. But don't you need to pay a high capital gains tax rate if you sell less than a year?? How does taxes on this work?? So minus capital gains could be half of what your profit is after you sell the property quickly.

Hi Ted, thanks a lot for the awesome content. In california (tax deed state), the previous owner can still buy back the property within 1 year after you win the bid. Is that true? Thanks in advance.

Hi Ted, I am a new realtor and got referred a client who buys from tax defaulted auctions. He bought properties in my state, he currently lives out of state so he wants me to sell them for him. What should I know as a realtor? Where do I start. I have looked under mycaseindiana and see the tax deeds for the property given in his name but what should I do to make sure my butt is covered before listing on the mls? Hope this makes sense!!!
