I was second caller today and basically wanted to inform everyone this was the advice I needed. 15 months I just “bought” for taking the 5k hit on the car. Already looking to sell it. Thank you team.

More and more callers are in their 20s. This is a very encouraging trend.

I really appreciate that people are willing to call in, write in and share their stories. Not easy. Their stories educate. Even if its a case of what not to do. We've all been there one way or another.

John Deloney is more than just a great dad and great husband. Learning more about him as a son of a homicide detective ..helping people in the worst emotional crisis of their life..no wonder he often says "breathe ". That is well.based advice from his amazing background. Phenomenal man.

I worked as a speech language pathologist 3 days a week for a few hours doing early intervention while my kids were little and they stayed with babysitter. Was able to bring in about 30k and it really helped

My favorite duo!!! Praying for Jackie. The “I’ll handle so I don’t have to fight with you” should have been a major red flag right there. After my Mom passed away in 2017, my Dad & I closed rank/teamed up pretty quickly and were completely transparent with each other when it came to the bills.

Now that I’m living on my own, I’m finally getting started on the baby steps.

Wow, that's the way people should look at buying a car. I love the breakdown of car value the way you said it

I love to see Bo & Sarah's relationship. What an example! My wife and I are on the same page on this Debt Free journey too and it has brought us so close together. Thanks Ramsey and thank you God!

The caller that finished up at 1:12:40 I resonate with somewhat. But thankfully things turned around before my dad died. the first time I remember my dad telling me he loved me was shortly after I turned 20 and was living in another sate. But he and I built a good relationship over the next 14 and a piece years he had. M dad had some amazing qualities and I am thankful how well I got to know him after that letter.

Kelly - she's an adult. It's not up to you to fix everyone. When someone is ready, he or she will ask. One of the best ways I've been able to talk to my friends about money is when we go out to lunch, I order an appetizer and ice water. My friend then asks why I'm not getting a full entree and I explain that's a good way that I have to go out with friends and still watch my budget. That generally leads into a discussion about budgets or finances. (But I do leave a good tip for the waitress.) Small choices can lead to savings pretty quickly.

John needs to relax sometimes and actually listen to the caller and stop just assuming everything is deeper than it actually is Geesh man!

40:05 Am I the only one uncomfortable with the idea of a Structural Engineer grinding out over 75 hours a week for side hustles in Uber and pizza delivery? I mean, when I'm driving over a bridge, I'd prefer that the Structural Engineer in charge was well-rested
