I do two servings of fat free Greek yogurt between 14-17g protein per serving and 1cup or 250mls of sugar free orange juice, tastes pretty good and only 250-375 calls depending on what you find for nutrition, but it’s 28-34g protein

Just 3/4 frozen bannana, 50g frozen fruit of choice, 30g oats, 250g greek yoghurt, teaspoon peanut butter, 200 ml milk. About 40g of protein

A good ratio of protein to calories is 1:10. So for a 26g protein shake, I would expect about 260 calories. This is NOT a "protein smoothie".

If you add real milk you can make it a 30 to 32 grams of protein smoothie.

in order to be "protein" something must be 1 gram of protein (4kcal) every 10 kcal, so the kcal must be 2.5 times the amount of calories (or less). 650 kcal/2.5=200+g protein... 26 is not gonna cut it.
