Dragonball is the anime that really made anime popular. It's incredibly ridiculous that it's not included in the top 10

Holy crap. Why would anyone think to remind us of Nina scene in FMA. What a strange choice of scene to showcase the masterpiece. Most of us still have emotional scars from that scene.
