Changing land use for food production is the biggest driver of nature loss. About 50% of the world’s habitable land area is already used for agriculture – for livestock such as cattle and pigs and for crops that feed both people and livestock.

You guys are right that going vegan or vegetarian would be a massive help, but people will not flip their lifestyles just like that. With baby steps anyone can make some simple substitutions and those who are able to can progress from there.

The single best thing we can all do is going vegan :D
It's way more efficient, livestock is a waste of energy, thus we need to use more land to feed mankind
And in 2020 it's easy, cheap and tasty !

Eat more (or only) plants, eat less (or no) animal products! There are so many affordable, filling, nutritious, good-tasting protein-packed plants like lentils, chickpeas, tofu, tempeh, and nut butters - not to mention Impossible and Beyond burgers, and Gardein and Morningstar meat alternatives. Go veg!

I am never gonna become vegan because of where i live. Here in North-Norway, livestock is managed sustainably, grazing at mountains. Although, i am trying to apply more greens and less meat into my diet. Even though it's sustainably managed, there are not unlimited quantities of meat. I think everyone has to adapt in a way that works for them and the local area. The biggest step is to try.
