I swear the writers just hate Spiderman but can't permanently kill him because of backlash so they just find other Spidermen and kill those in the most horrible way possible. Like come on, this guy had the Enigma Force, and sure he had to die so the readers know just how powerful the Inheritors were but at the very least, have the fight be longer than a few panels.
