I love a good salad. I appreciate the variety at a buffet. It would cost me a fortune to buy all the ingredients to have my favorite kinds of salad.
And that water trick don't fool me I barely drink anything when I eat. Ever.

Doesn't work for me if I'm hungry with these so called tricks. But a lot of the time it's just cheaper even if eating one plate. If you go for lunch most are under $10 vs stopping at any fast food or deli.
