I know all the tricks of the buffets but I don't mind. If the food is tasty and diverse with reasonable price, I'll eat what I want. Sometimes more carbs and sometimes no carbs. I want a good buffet restaurant to stay in business and pay their workers fairly. I don't pick food based on price but what I crave at the time. I don't have a big appetite and I probably never get my 'money's worth' but I enjoy tasting a variety of food at the same time. One of my fave style of eating is Spanish tapas and Korean banchan.

Whenever my friends and I went to this type of place, I always started from dessert tables. The reason was only one or two other customers at that area. No need to lineup and I can take my sweet time choosing the spread and pick as much as I want. 😅

😂Buffet cafe/ restaurant will afraid of me. I'm someone that target 'rare' and pricey food. Also not ashamed to line up many time. Because that's my right. Also love to eat. I'm also better at personalised my plate than most of restaurant I went. Btw, I rarely waste my food.

The main reason why if I go to buffets is when I'm craving multiple food at a time and I want little slice of each. Like for example if I want pizza, wings and noodles, I don't have to order a whole pizza, a box of wing and a large bowl of noodles which of course would be more expensive than the buffet and I couldn't finish them since they are all served whole. It's not because I think it would save me money. But of course Ive known the carbs trap really early.

Buffets dislike my brother, husband, and me because we follow a Keto diet and skip the carbs and sugar section, heading straight for the meats. 😅

nowadays its very expensive to go out to eat, plus waitstaff expect 20% or more tip..., , it is safer/ cheaper/ healthier to eat homecooked meals

I’ve just started intermittent fasting and it’s not even a month yet, I have now become so averse to ordering takeouts and or visiting restaurants for food, this video only goes to reinforce further my current state of mind and beliefs regarding the outside foods.
