1. Wudu before sleeping
2. Cup your hands and read the 3 quls (last three suras of Quran: Surah ikhlas, Surah Falaq, Surah Naas) and ayatul kursi, blow a spit into your hands 3 times and wipe over your body starting from the back down to your feet
3. Dust bad 3 times
4. Remove any hatred towards anyone

~ Al-Mulk
~ Ayat Al-Kursi
~ Dhikr
~ Set Alarm
~ Sleeping duaa
~3x surah Al-hikhlas -- 3x surah Al-falaq 3x surah Al-naas
~ sleep on your right side (Al-Bukhari, 2004)
~ Clean heart
~ Forgive and forget
