I'm more concerned about the children that were left alone. I don't care that the oldest was 15, there was no effort to make sure they had access to an adult in case of an emergency. The police could have had them contact a family member or family friend or anybody willing to make sure the kids were okay until the parents could return. That is extremely concerning to me.

The police have been defunding local communities for years, every time a settlement is reached for millions the taxpayers pay it, not the police department who caused the legal action

First video I watched is her saying they both exchanged info's and agreed not to call police. This video is her "not" providing info and left the scene, and the other person ended up calling the police. Which is it?

I had a fender bender in a parking lot in Texas. A private parking lot. Two police officers saw it happen. I asked them to attend to the accident. They said it happened on private property and they have no jurisdiction. The other driver and I could sort it out ourselves..
So much for police presence.

failure to stop and give information in after an accident in Texas is exactly that.. she didn't brake the law because she was there present and had an agreement with the other driver..

Now you see what other communities go through on a daily basis but all the time they say just listen to the police even when the police is wrong experience is the best teacher so they say
