I'd give anything to return to my party line days. My brother and I would listen to the neighbor girls and snicker & get caught. What fun we had😊 Socisl media is not good for children. Children need to be free to grow-up simply and decently. Too much trash on the internet. My children never had internet access. No pressures, no cyber bullying etc. I'm grateful. I guess I got old as I don't recognize our world anymore.

Anyone that owes $500K on a $400K house is NOT a homeowner. And this is common. Understand that long-term financing creates inflated home values. How many "homeowners" will never actually own their homes? If they can repo your house in a downturn, you don't own the house.

Agreed. I stopped using smart phones & texting a couple yrs ago. We're all being used as undercover spies, imo, because our communications are no longer private. That became more obvious to me when these 24/7 fluctuating frequencies started screaming in my head when I went on SSI Disability & got a free phone then yrs ago. Thx.📡🙉📡
