In our area - Morris was the last cat who was not neutered. We were worried, one day can leave his place and home. I know this orange guy for 2 years. He was the shy cat.
TNR Program is - Trap - Neuter - Return. It's great to be check by vet doctors as well.

That is not a feral cat. I have trapped many feral cats, and you would never see them before the trapping occurs, much less have them following you and purring around you, accepting petting, allowing you to lift them up and shove them in the trap in the If he was once feral, he is now a tame cat that lives outside. Whatever your reasons for not speaking as if he is a cat you tamed and now continue to feed outside, US laws assign responsibility for a cat as the owner to the person who feeds the cat. The whole charade about getting this tame cat into a trap is absurd when you could easily have picked him up at any moment an put him inside a carrier without ever using a trap. What a bizarre exercise, and how strange that you decided to film and post it. But whatever your thought processes and whatever conditions were required by the local TNR program to neuter your cat, it is good that you did so.
