Area of Similar Triangles

This video focuses on how to find the area of similar triangles. In this video, we are given the length of one pair of corresponding sides in two similar triangles. Also, we know the area of one triangle. With this information, we need to find the area of the other triangle.

To solve this problem, we use the theorem that states that if two triangles are similar, then the ratio of their areas is the square of the ratio of their sides.
