For catholics to recognize and show respect to the mother of Jesus is not in any moment to put Mary over Jesus or God, catholics know that no one can go to the father but through Jesus, this Mary adoration, has been a exaggeration and manipulation from other religions against catholics, we love Mary, and so what, she is our lord's mother, we are clear, God is above everything, Mary is a example of love and obedience, she was a instrument to initiate the journey of our salvation, this man he does not know what he is talking about, he has bias against catholics is more than obvious, but we also respect his rights to think whatever he wants, Catholics are not perfect, just God will say who was wrong or right at the end, God will decide period.
