I had the sigma. My camera fell and the sigma literally sheared in half. The fax 30 in cage survived. I replaced the 16mm sigma with the Sony today. I’m loving the tiny size and weight. The aperture ring looks cool but I never use them. Loving the Sony 😊

Right now, i go to set up is the Sony a6400 with the Sigma 30mm 1.4 & the 16-50 kit lens. When its time to upgrade, i will go with the Sigma 16mm 1.4. $750 is too much money for a aspc lens imo.

At the time of recording sony was probably more than double sigma's price. But now the gap is lowered to 1.5x. Do people think this makes Sony's value better or is sigma still much better value?
