U forgot that tsu can literally produce a substance that can stun her opponent’s.. meaning she can paralyse them (shows in s5 e3).. she can also jump real high, stick to anything, camouflage, her tongue can extend 20 meters

The fact you put invisibility last, and put frog before tail seems really baffling to me.

The quirk invisible also allows for one to reflect lasers, and create stun grenades. So given training, you could literally have your own laser generation on top of being invisible, and having the power to blind people.

Meanwhile frog gives you super strong kick/jumps, a low level sticky acid one can use to restrain target and stick to surfaces, the power to breathe underwate, high-speed, swimming, a super long and super strong tongue, and near invisibility are all great individually.
Add in the potential powers of literally any other frog on the planet and frog would definitely go into my top five 1-A quirks.

Pretty cool concept but 1 nitpick is navelnlaser doesn't require a belt to use aoyama needs it because it originally wasn't his quirk he was quirkless and got it from AFO so in reality the drawbacks you could say are minor stomach aches and as for Kaminari his other drawback is not being able to control it It's not like a stream of lightning but a discharge like a dome of electricity

seros does have a small drawback as seen in the training camp where if he uses to much of it he starts screaming in pain.
correction 2:
Jiro’s quirk also has a small drawback as seen in the hero license exam where Jiro try’s to listen across the wall and instead her opponent blasts speakers and and she hears it with an even louder sound than normal people would.
so i would give both of them a 1 for drawback points.
