It was basically said that Deku is the last OFA user as it's gotten way to powerful, and if it was to passed on the next user would need to be quirk less as well otherwise their body would be unable to handle all those quirks and built up power.

I think one reason why Bakugo was able to handle one for all better was simply because you could see his body was built better to contain it. Like its no secret if you look at Izuku's and Bakugo's build lol

Bakugo can't be ten since OFA reverted back to deku, at most he's 9.5.

2nd quirk "Gear shift" has lot of uses like could he can mix kinetic energy also called "Fa-jin" with gear shift and can increase his speed without any practice Deku was able to match speed of sound imagine in his prime he can achieve many limits and mix combinations of his quirks to be a God
He has also done some combination like Fa jin + Black Whip, black chain
also it's possible that he if he gets any awakening in future he can also use those awakenings like control figure of smoke like Smoker and also improve KINETIC energy divide it into Potential, Wind, thermal, Electric futher energies

I have a different theory. Deku did have a quirk of his own and it is something like "Loan". Unlike the original OFA user who was able to completely transfer his power to another user, Deku is able to borrow and loan his abilities from previous OFA users, as well as temporarily pass that power to others. Which would explain why Bakugo was able to temporarily use OFA. I have a feeling that later in the manga he will be able to temporarily borrow quirks from others; kind of like a weaker version of AFO.

Bakugo is related to the 2nd user I’m convinced. Same hair color, same shape, same eye color, and he comes from Mitsukis side of the family. I bet

1) OFA (Quirk Transfer + Quirk Stockpile)
2) Raw power produced from OFA
Sub quirks:
1) Gear Shift
2) Fa Jin (store up then release energy)
3) Danger Sense
4) Black Whip
5) Smokescreen
6) Float

It's more likely for Bakugo's One for All being brief rather because Midoriya just transfered it through contact instead of consuming something containing his DNA.

im pretty sure bakugo could use one for all well because 1, the story needed it. 2: his explosion quirk also puts strain on his body, since its basically explosions happening right next to his body, so maybe he has natural or built up toleration to stress on his body

The Fa Jin Quirk is technically like what black panther does when he gets hit and uses the vibranium to use the power he got hit with to hit the opponent back with a greater force

fun fact: WHAT IF when OFA transferred back to Midoriya, it also made a copy of Bakugo's Explosion and also gave it to Midoriya?? might be an interesting plot twist in the future for Deku to have even more quirks LOL!
