I AM A HAFIZ ALHAMDULILLAH, I USED THIS TECHNIQUE AND COMPLETED HIFZ IN 8 MONTHS, I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT IT ALLAH PUT IT INTO MY MIND AND I THOUGHT I WAS THE FIRST ONE. SOFTENING MEANS YOU MEMORISE THE PAGE BUT WHEN YOU READ IT WITHOUT SEEING YOU FORGET 7-8/9 TIMES AND IT HAS A LOT OF MISTAKES (BUT IT IS MEMORISED, AND IT WILL BE VERY VERY HARD TO MEMORISE THE FIRST DAY) THEN WHEN YOU STRENGTHEN IT YOU CAN READ IT WITHOUT SEEING AND YOU DON'T FORGET IT AT ALL (IT WILL BE VERY EASY THE SECOND DAY).

Repeat the the verse 7 times then close the book then comeback 15 minutes read without seeing then. Do this for a hour.
