Best way to remove a track pin

Is that the master pin? Generally, you don't need to grind the pins and the bushing. I had build a small hydraulic press to get it out/in, much much easier that heat it up. The number one problem during the removing of the pin is that chain tends to spread out and the pin get stuck. I saw a lot of people do that mistake using slug hummer and heat. With the press you avoid spreading and the removing process go smooth.

I learnt it the harder way, the pin I had was really stuck, no matter how much I o hammered or pressed it never came out.
