iPhone SE How to Close Apps!

iPhone SE 2020 or 2016 how to exit apps, close apps, and open recent running apps.

Just to be clear to anyone who's new to iphones or smart phones in general, it's not "double tap" as such, where you tap your finger twice like tapping on a drum. This won't work. Instead you put your finger on the button and give it a quick double push, without lifting your finger from the button. Hope this is clear and works for everyone. :)
