I had a friend who had a tubal pregnancy. She was bleeding internally. They made her wait in the waiting room for 6 hrs. She ended up having emergency surgery. And had to have five quarts of blood replaced. Yea. It's insane. It's a 4 to 6 hr wait at the er here in Northern California.
