Homemade Chicken Fries! Air Fried & Delicious

Hi everyone today we are making these veganized chicken fries from Burger King! They are air fried and paired with a super yummy dipping sauce you are sure to love.

Tofu Chicken
1 package (16 ounce/454g) super firm tofu
1/2 cup (56g) breadcrumbs
2 egg replacers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Breading
1/4 cup (32g) cornstarch
1/2 cup (120ml) nondairy milk, unsweetened and unflavored
3/4 cup (84g) breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup

Love the idea. Hear me out. Add all of ur seasoning plus pepper in the blender that way ur tofu is flavorful. Then add seasoning low in salt again in the rolling bowls. The air fry. U could add a spoon of vegan cream to add moisture

These are actually really cute. I may try a cornmeal or cornflake crust for a special treat at a get together this weekend:) We actually had this product in Italy in maybe 2010-2015? I remember the ads lol.
