Christian, but I still think the Kaaba is really cool. It would be cool, probably even emotional, to see the thing you've been praying towards you're entire life.

I am not all all religious, but these areas of serious historical significance really intrigue me. Aside from the pilgrimage, what function does this building serve? Are services held in it or is it highly protected from entry? It's amazing how well maintained it is.

imagine if we are not told to pray direct to kaaba, we will randomly pick direction for praying. our pray teach us to discipline being cohesive, orderly, and follow the command, execute together as one.
