6. END CREDITS SEEN IS TONY STARK AND A THERAPIST THAT LOOKS A LOT LIKE MARK RUFFALO! THERE IS NO GOTG!

We figured this out last year. the Iron Patriot suit we've seen in pics & trailers was never going to be Osborn, it was upgraded war machine. I'm actually confused about why you're confused.

Dont worry i am sure this will be great, ppl claim that what "hurt" Iron Man 2 is that it was more a promotional movie for The Avengers, instead of a standalone Iron Man film like the first one

It's true that Sony has the film rights to Spiderman characters, but that's not why Rhodey is in the suit. Rhodey's in the suit because the writers of the film decided to use the Iron Patriot concept applied to War Machine. It has nothing to do with "wanting to use Osborn but couldn't."

From What I know, they are calling the suit Iron Patriot(at least they keep advertising toys and promo art with it under the name) but I don't think he will be a potential villain. In fact I heard alot about him being more involved with helping Tony in this film than he has in the previous films.

One source on the set tells that while he may end up being called "Iron Patriot" in the threequel, it IS still War Machine and simply Rhodey's new armour. So, NOT a new character who we will see facing off against Iron Man.
War Machine has apparently gotten a new paint job, courtesy of Uncle Sam; the caucasain man who was pictured inside the armor (at the set) is reportedly just a stunt double for Cheadle.

1. Disney is not going to spend millions for two superbowl spots just to show the footage online early.
2. They could be making us wait until the supebowl to see any footage, so be happy they gave us a little something.
3. I sort of already said it in the first one, but there will be a 60 sec and 30 sec superbowl spot for Iron man 3.

yep, (in the comics the patriot was the green goblin, but since Sony owns the rights to Norman Osborn, Marvel will use Rhodey instead)
