You did very well! Don't back down. I had CPS come to my house to investigate a so-called complaint. Imagine their surprise when I told them that I don't have any underage kids living at my house. My kids are both in their late 30;s. I had to call my state senator to get the harassment to stop, as the CPS worker was convinced that I was hiding the children in question.

What I would have advised Acura Amanda to do in a situation like that is to get her children or child out of the State ASAP and as clandestinely as possible. If the State wants to harass you by taking your child away from you they will do it.

I'd have to say when CPS shows up. Because a phone call, I would ask him. What proof do they have of those allegations besides just word-of-mouth? Then tell him to get the hell off. Your property and go talk to the people that are making the accusations.

Don't answer the door. Don't talk to the police. Don't talk to anyone from any agency you don't wish to talk to. If ANYTHING you say, just keep saying "Huh?" " Huh?", as you can't read them. Let them say whatever over and over. They will get tired and leave.
