I cooked tapas for a friend's party last week; Mushroom croquettes, tortilla, paella in small dishes and of course patatas bravas. Everyone loved it. This was my 100th Spain on a Fork recipe that I have made and it was the best patatas bravas that I have ever eaten. Thank you so much for this recipe and all the others that you have published, Albert! My family and I have enjoyed all the ones that I have made. Plus they are really healthy! I like the fact that you have so many recipes on your channel we can never get bored. That said, there are quite a few that I make over and over again! The best cooking channel by far on YouTube!

We just got back from our holiday in Malaga. Man, these patatas bravas are addictive! :) We tried it on the first day (because it was a must to try) and kept ordering every day.

Have made your PBS both ways….this one is more typical of Madrid….but your other recipe with fresh pepper and aioli is my fav….reminds me of a place I had similar in Malaga. Thanks for both versions.

I was in Madrid earlier this month for a week and fell in love with these potatoes. I brought back the two paprikas (and a suitcase full of chorizo, ham, olives and cheese) and will try these at home. Thank you for this fantastic recipe! Cannot wait to try!

One of my favorite Tapas from Madrid! Was stationed at Torrejon Air base and really enjoyed Spain very much! I do make Patatas Bravas however I have a different way of making the sauce. That being will try out your way very soon! Muchas Gracias !
