The reason oda always throws a party in the end of arc is to show people that all is well in end. Even at the end of marineford oda did throw a party by letting boa bring meat to the island to tell luffy and the fans don't worry ace is in good place now and you also will be someday at the end of the arc. Things might be tough now but not all ways all bad things will come to an end and good things will come by. Just laugh it off and be happy and eat good food.😊😊😊😊
