I believe Morgan included the X on Luffy’s arm at Vivi’s request as a way reaching the Strawhats for help. As for this Devil Fruit that Loki stole, since I have spent a great deal of time studying Norse Mythology, I’d have to guess that this devil fruit allows him to to turn into the World Serpent Jormundandr. It is said that Jormundandr is so large that he can wrap himself around the entire world. In this case, it’s likely that Loki would be even larger in scale than Kaido’s dragon form; he’s probably big enough to cover all of Elbalf which would explain why all the giants are needed to restrain him. I think Oda hinted at this when Loki sticks out his tongue; AnimeUproar compared it Doflamingo, but I think it’s meant to symbolize a snake sticking out its tongue.

I don't really feel like the giant power scaling is all over the place, I just think the average One Piece fans forget that Law and Kidd are amongst the strongest characters capable of hurting Yonko as stated by 2 of them. They may not be top 10, and I'd be okay saying maybe not even the in the top 20, but they're definitely in the top 1-5% of the countless people in one piece

They put the x's on their arm when they said goodbye to Vivi during the alabaster Ark so for him to have the X on his arm is basically her trying to get his attention or any of the straw hats attention because she knows that they know what the X means

I think that Loki's devil fruit might be a zoan fenrir type. Because in norse mythology is said that fenrir will eat the sun in Ragnarok. That would be awesome because Luffy is the true sun god and he fighting Loki would make sense. Also in norse mythology after Loki killed Baldür, Odin tied Loki to a rock with magical chains, that is the exact situation what the one piece Loki is in. When Loki was free Ragnarok happened and probably if this one is free that also might happened, thats why he said he could end the world. Him having the jörmungandr inspire devil fruit would also make sense but him saying things about the sun god it throws off the point of him having it

Ok, theory.
Loki is not evil. The whole “killed his father for legendary devilfruit” is a situational setup. (Something like his father was dying anyway and loki had no choice but to take the fruit so it doesn’t go to the wrong hands)
The whole “il destroy this world” is not necessarily a bad thing. He might mean destroying the current world system.

It’s too easy of a setup to make him the bad guy. It is such an obvious misdirection.

when oda revealed Loki has a similar appearance to Katakuri, Doflamingo, King & kaido, who has one of the best villain designs, is OP as hell. & the X mark on luffy's arm in alabasta is only visible when he activates Gear 5 is Pure Poetic genius. 2025 is gonna be an internet breaking year for one piece
