Looks fine to me. Center and passenger mounts are intended to pivot freely. What you don't want is going up and down freely. Pivoting 360 degree is desirable. Your new mount once broke in, I bet it will do the same. Driver side for the transmission is also intended to pivot as well but more stiffer. In term of stiffness, driver side is most stiff, then passenger side gets medium stiff, and center gets the least stiff of 3. This is by design.

Ok now I know what to look for I suspect that mount is bad on my car, I was wondering though, what symptoms did you have from that mount failing like that, I have a clunking issue when my transmission downshifts from 3-2 gear and sometimes from 2-1st gear, and the car clunks when switching to reverse and drive
