Thanks for this video and all your information. We're having a heat wave, so I'll probably wait to try this until the weather is cooler and my kitchen isn't too warm overnight. In your recipe you say to place the dough in a cool oven, set the temperature, and bake for 50 minutes. In the video, you put the dough into an already hot oven. Did you adjust the time?
