Death, Grief, and the Growing Family of God

This week we grieve the deaths of three members in our community; but we also recognize that God’s kingdom continues to grow! On Sunday, October 30, we’ll welcome four new families to membership at River Park Church! It’s an honour to weep with those who weep and to rejoice with those who rejoice. And we can celebrate that the family of God is the only family on earth that is always growing—even death cannot separate us from the love of God that is ours in Christ Jesus our Lord. What an honour to remember together God’s faithfulness to his saints who are now with him in glory—and also to celebrate that through River Park Church, God’s family and God’s kingdom continues to grow.
