I love onions but they don’t love me - I find that soaking the sliced rings in a water bath with little vinegar and salt for 10 min then rinsing and drying thoroughly helps them be less … problematic after I eat (gassy)

I suck at cooking. The batter on this one fell off the moment I placed it into the oil for some reason. I wasted a whole bottle of carbonated water, 4 cups of flour, some seasoning, and lots of oil. I think it’s just me, but I don’t want to try making it again.
