1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 Egg
1 Cup Panko
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
Sauce:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tsp Prepared Horseradish
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp Ketchup
1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Sugar
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
